Secrets of Unforgettable Lviv!

Day 1: A Warm Welcome

Immediately after arrival to the city of Lviv and check-in at the hotel, you will go on a walking tour of "Non-classical Lviv". Listening the fascinating stories and legends being told by a creative guide, you will be intrigued, even if you have repeatedly been in Lviv.

After a delicious dinner at a restaurant you will take part in an excursion to ‘SALO’ /CURED PORK FAT/ Art Museum, which provides the world's largest heart made from cured pork fat, a chair or even a monument to cured pork fat. And then you will find a delicious part of the tour - tasting of 13 kinds of cured pork fat (9 kinds of Ukrainian cured pork fat and 4 species from other countries), and, of course, "vodka" with pickled cucumber! All in the best tradition for you!

After such an unusual tasting you will learn how to cook real Lviv coffee at "Lvіvskіy Kopalnі Kavi." During the master class you will learn the secrets of cooking 3 non-classical types of coffee.

Day 2: The Famouse Beer is the Brand of Lviv!

After a hearty breakfast in the city center you will meet with an officer of the Lviv Beer Emigration Service. From the Market Square you will pass to the place where the culture of the legendary Lviv hooligans - "batiars" - was born, visit places of Fame of prominent crime bosses and former "place of execution." In the course of the journey you can feel a pain in your abdomen caused by ... belly laugh. Therefore, the only known cure is beer-therapy.

Lunch in the brewery-restaurant will be followed by a tasting of 2 types of ‘live’ beer and a familiarity with the technique of brewing. Only here at your will, there is an opportunity to taste the original beer ice cream.

After lunch, you will have a beer tasting in the former premises of the Armenian bank of the XVI century ahead of you, a visit to the figure of the largest beer lion of Lviv and tasting "White Lion" beer.

During our journey you will get a special beer visa and the Ukraine’s only beer passport in every guesthouse, and more - a lot of souvenirs from the pubs.

Dinner in an excellent restaurant in the city will conclude this eventful day.

Day 3: Golden Horseshoe of Emotions

Today it is worth to have a good snack for breakfast, because you will enjoy a rich tour of castles and palaces of the "Golden Horseshoe". Olesko, Pidhirtsi and Zolochiv Castles and monastery in Pidhirtsi will open you their secrets.

Lunch will take place in the atmosphere of the Middle Ages in Zolochiv Castle Restaurant. Who knows, maybe you will be lucky to meet in Pidhirtsi the mysterious White Lady or the mysterious Monk who are scurrying throughout Zolochiv?

On your return to Lviv you will enjoy a dinner at a restaurant in the ancient part of the city.

But if you think that the dinner will be the final chord of the day, you're wrong. At 22.00 you will go on an exciting journey called "Night Watch of Lviv." Day 4: Unique Journey through Time

Do you want to see the real Galician province? Do you want to visit the remains of the royal palace and synagogue built in 16 century at the same time? And in addition, to see Ukraine’s only cathedral, where frescoes depicting Petliura, Hrushevsky and Sich Riflemen remain? Is it not enough to you? Then, go down to the dungeon and see the burial of brother and uncle of the famous Polish king Jan III Sobieski.

The day will continue visiting the famous Krekhiv Momastery and lunch in a genuine hut. And as a bonus a visit to a genuine Banderist’s shelter near Lviv. All for real!

In the afternoon, you will have the fascinating 4-hour quest for distinctive restaurants of the city ahead you. The route between the restaurants is laid so that it was possible to see interesting places in Lviv and hear fascinating legends of the ancient city. You will learn about the hooligan-batyar culture of the city, try the snacks of Galician cuisine, original liqueurs and best beer. Quest includes visits to such establishments, as: "Left Bank", "Kerosene Lamp", "Kryivka", "Masoch Cafe", "House of Legends" and “Under the Golden Rose."

Day 5: Delicious Duo: Eco Farm and Chocolate Shop

On this day, we offer a totally unique journey for true gourmets. Visit the farm that is mega-popular among the Lviv’s restaurant-keepers will be organized by Monsieur Bernard. It is the Frenchman, who forbids his employees to smoke and swear when being on the farm. All the Lviv’s restaurants queue up for cheese made by this farm. Probably, no any professional secrets will be opened to you, but you will be able to spy something interesting...

After returning to Lviv and dinner in a picturesque restaurant you will be able to learn to produce by your own hand the Lviv’s sweets in "Lviv’s Chocolate Workshop”.
